Currently I am working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Environment and Sustainable Development, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. I have done Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India on area of waste management. In past I have worked as Post Doctoral Fellow in Universiti Sains Malaysia on topic "Managament of Palm oil and Rubber mill waste with the help of composting and vermicomposting technology".
